How Paris Long Trip collects, uses and protects your personal data, under the European General Data Protection Regulation.

What we collect

Only what is needed to run your journey: your name, your telephone number or email address, your pick-up and drop-off addresses, your travel dates and times, your flight number where relevant, the number of passengers and the ages of any children travelling in child seats.

Why we collect it

To prepare a quotation, to organise the vehicle and driver, to track your flight, to contact you before and during the journey, and to issue an invoice. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Who we share it with

Your first name, pick-up address and travel time are shared with the driver assigned to your journey. Nothing is sold, rented or passed to any third party for marketing. Our accountant sees invoice records as required by French tax law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for 10 years, which is the retention period required of French businesses for accounting documents.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. If we later add analytics, this page will be updated and consent will be requested before anything is set.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its processing or request that it be transferred to you. Write to the email address below and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
