How it works

No account, no deposit, no card details

Booking a long journey should not require a login. You send one message, you get one price in writing, and you pay the driver at the end of the day. That is the whole process.

1. Takes about a minuteTell us the journey

   Send your pick-up point, destination, date and group size on WhatsApp or through the form. One message is enough — there is no account to create and no card details to enter.

2. Same-day replyGet your fixed price

   You receive a written quote for the whole vehicle, with tolls, fuel, parking and waiting time already inside it. That number does not change afterwards, whatever the traffic does.

3. Free cancellation up to 24 hMeet your driver

   His name, photo and mobile number arrive the day before. Pay him by card or in cash on the day of travel, and you receive a proper invoice.

What happens the day before

You receive a message with your driver’s first name, his photograph and his mobile number, plus the vehicle model and registration and the agreed pick-up time. If anything about your plans has changed — a later start, an extra passenger, a different hotel — that is the moment to say so.

What happens on the day

Your driver arrives ten minutes early. Child seats are already fitted. If we are collecting you from an airport he will be inside the arrivals hall after customs with a name board, having already checked your actual landing time.

Paying

At the end of the journey, by card in the vehicle or in cash, in euros or in sterling. You receive an invoice from a licensed French VTC operator with our SIRET and licence number on it, which is what you will need if you are claiming the journey as a business expense.

Cancelling

Free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time, with nothing to pay and nothing to reclaim, because we have not taken any money. Inside 24 hours we ask for 50 percent, and we waive it if the reason is a cancelled flight or illness.
