Which airport you flew into changes the calculation

From Charles de Gaulle the drive is 45 minutes and there is no direct train — the RER B into Paris and then the RER A back out takes over ninety minutes with two changes. From Orly it is about an hour. From Beauvais it is an hour and a quarter and there is effectively no public transport option at all beyond a coach into Porte Maillot and then the RER across Paris.

Beauvais is the one where a private transfer stops being a convenience: with a late Ryanair arrival and children, the alternative is a two-and-a-half-hour journey ending after midnight.

Late flights and early park entry

We track the flight number you give us, so a delay costs you nothing and your driver is there when you actually land rather than when you were scheduled to. Waiting time at the airport is included in the fixed price for the first hour after landing, which covers passport control and baggage in almost every case.

In the other direction, Extra Magic Time means a lot of families want to be at the park gates before the day visitors. A 07:30 pick-up from a Paris hotel puts you at the turnstiles for it.

What about the return to the airport?

The standard advice is to leave the hotel three hours before a European departure and three and a half before a long-haul one. Your driver will confirm the pick-up time when he sends his details the day before, and it is calculated on the actual traffic pattern for that day of the week rather than a fixed rule.
